Welcome to my blog! Since a friend of mine blogs regularly, it inspire me to give it a go myself. This is my third blog I started on today.
Currently it is school holidays in Queensland for school aged students. Consider I have one child in high school and the other still in primary school, they still have school holidays at the same time for two weeks. Hopefully they won't drive me up the wall during this time! Might not happen this week as they have activities on.
Weather wise their holidays haven't really been a good start for them to do alot of outdoor activities. This week (being their first week) Rachel is involved in a sports program where she plays different sports with other primary aged students at a local high school. She had yesterday off because she caught a 24 hr bug.
Unfortunately for Monique she is now too old for vacation care or the sports program she used to attend but I had found out there is a school holiday program for teenagers.
Unfortunately alot of popular activities were booked out quite fast but for three days this week she will be involved in a movie making workshop. There is about half a dozen kids in that workshop and she told me they use a computer program to create a short animated movie.
